Feels a tad lacking in character from a protagonist perspective. The absence of any scenes dedicated to Anora's personal life or any signs of vulnerability are severely felt. The movie puts too much weight on Madison's performance and for her to give the character any sort of nuance.
Still, the movie remains extremely funny with some inspired performances alongside an interesting exploration about the exploitation of the working class. Just wish there was a bit more emotional depth for our main character beyond that ending scene.
