Maybe I am exposing myself for being a Gen z and having a short attention span but I got lost a couple times during this movie. Every performance was incredible though. It’s so rare to see such a wide range of themes and emotions expressed so cleanly among one movie. The soundtrack is probably the single best ever. Captain America: Brave New World 2025
What a pleasant surprise! A lot of current MCU movies lack that emotional punch but this one really brought it. It should come as no surprise that Carl Lumby’s Isaiah Bradley is the mvp of this movie for me. Even if he wasn’t overly emotional, he did a great job of showcasing pain. The last act made me feel like I was getting shot out of a cannon. It made me kinda regret not pursuing tennis past a summer camp when I was nine. But if I did step on a tennis court, I would probably get bored after ten minutes. Idk what this review is but I really like this movie :)
