    Woof. I love trash, and silly horror sequels, and nonsense, but this might just be a bit too much for even me. There's a story that seems like you can track it, but from scene to scene there's very little logic. Everything moves at a glacial pace, the performances are low-energy, and the rap is so bad.

    This movie is actually kind of great, with winning performances and a bouncy, breezy story. The worst thing is Matilda herself, played by a man (Gary Morgan) in a hideous and unsettling kangaroo suit, who communicates via kazoo hoots added in post production.

    I cannot stress this enough: Looking into Matilda's eyes is terrifying. Bone chilling. When Ernie Hudson says "I've seen shit that'll turn you WHITE!" in Ghostbusters, he MUST be talking about Matilda's eyes.
