  I was hesitant after hearing about the perspective in the movie (mainly nervous about a shaky cam situation) but after a few minutes it feels very natural. 

  The story was pretty straightforward but the characters, structure, and presentation elevated the film.

  Went in expecting more of a character study, but got a slapstick comedy. 

  Overall, it was pretty enjoyable but I feel like the middle section, while funny, repeated the same beats a bit too much.

  Lovecraft with a dash of Stephen King accompanied by John Carpenter's signature synths creates an extremely atmospheric psychological horror.
