I sorta liked it, maybe, I guess? Definitely would not say I was a fan though. I have some serious qualms about Aurora and Emma's relationship but everything is passed off under the guise of motherly love. It's also annoying that they spend all of 4 minutes on Emma as a young girl. We don't get to see and appreciate that relationship at all even though they made it a point to show us…
Fun, and well constructed but they keep forgetting to worry about the story. What's the deal?
Simply delightful.
I love that each actor plays multiple characters. It's such a great cast too, everybody delivers. Fantastic storytelling, the lighting was marvelous, great set design and costumes too. I expected nothing less from Wes on a 40 minute piece like this. He and Roald Dahl certainly seem to have some marvelous, strange, artistic connection but I'm here for it.
