    One of the most appealing aspects of A Christmas Carol is its brevity:

    The nephew, Cratchit, and the collectors. Jacob Marly, ghost one, and lost love. Big giant ghost, Tiny Tim sick? People don't like me? Death ghost and tiny tim dead and so am I? Nope, second chance, Open window, grill the kid on what day it is, buy a giant turkey and do good by everyone from the start. That's it! Beautiful!

It’s just so lovely to see them done as “Frankenstein by way of a Smashing Pumpkins video, with a huge budget.” Parable of Life movies require a certain boldness, I think, and a distinct outlook. This has all that and it’s super beautiful and funny.
