Almost every McDonald's "restaurant" in my area has completely remodeled into these cold corporate waiting rooms. The inside is the worst part! Nothing but kiosks and annoying music. Eventually, someone will come to your table and hand you your "food."

And that's what the MCU is now. Yes, it's always been fast food. But they had personality, a style. Even if they didn't get the order quite right or the ice cream machine wasn't working, it's okay because you were…

Remember when Film Twitter had the "sex scenes aren't necessary in movies" discourse? Weird, WERID. (Yes, I'm quoting Rachel Zegler)

Anyways, I got to watch this for the first time in theaters and what a totally different experience! Fully immersed and scared with this iconic horror-thriller. I missed gritty car chase scenes. Arnold is the perfect specimen. Sorry if I'm rambling, I'm just typing what comes to mind.

I could only imagine what it was like to watch this back…

You can't have your movie and eat it, too.

There's two different movies going on here. On one hand, we have "The Dating Game" movie starring Anna Kendrick as she fights 1970s patriarchy with her quips! The other is a surface-level look at serial killer, Rodney Alcala.

And that's it! Pretty boring and forgettable. Dialogue felt contemporary at times. This being Anna Kendrick's directorial debut, I wished she had a better script to work with. There are some nice shots in here. The blocking and camera movements are solid but not captivating. I'm eager to see where she goes from here.
