Standard MCU slop at this point, need waaay to much context from the Incredible Hulk and, dare I say Eternals to get quite a few of the callbacks. Seeing some of the characters appear/reappear is cool but so much is just underwhelming and undercooked. The cgi is weird in parts and a lot of the sections just drag a little long.
Red Hulk is an awesome character but they did him dirty in this plot, hopefully they explore some more from the comics but I think they really missed the mark and wasted his reveal in this slop.
