Pat Bateman picked up his new business cards from the printers yesterday. The coloring? Bone. The lettering? Sillian braille. However impressive and refined Bateman’s designs are, they pale in comparison to coworker Paul Allen’s that have a subtle off-white coloring, a tasteful thickness, and, Jesus Christ, even a watermark. Overwhelmed by a sense inferiority, Bateman embarks on a homocidal killing spree with the intention of having most prestigious business card in New York.
