  I was hooked from the first scene! Everything about the style of this movie warmed my heart: the lighting, the montage & edits, the set design, the costumes, the acting… I felt transported in time and enjoyed myself like you’re supposed to when you watch a true movie. It’s so beautiful: the story it tells us is a timeless one in addition to being so brilliant in its use of humor. I cannot wait to rewatch it next Christmas 🌨️

  I was utterly underwhelmed but at least it was a quality movie with sleek looks & nice soundtrack + color scheme. Also, I too would kill for Michael Fassbender if he were my life partner 🤷🏼‍♀️

  Greta Gerwig & her creations are what I aspire to bring to life: whimsical real people and their supposedly boring quotidian pursuits in life. Little Women is not only literally voicing the importance of allowing space for such things in art through Amy’s remarks towards the end of the movie but also in every scene: I love the plays that the sisters act in, I admire the reticent nature of the tutor guy around the girls, I long for the love…
