    Surprisingly good, and moving. The music and cinematography were excellent, and the costumes and plot had quite a bit of campiness to them.

    Felt like it dragged on a bit too much towards the end, but the movie was quite effective in making me care about these Sasquatches

    Great for a launching point to talk philosophy with undergraduates in discussion sections. Bad for most other things. It was almost an amazing bureaucratic satire but they didn't go that route

    Everything about this movie is mid, except for the central moral dilemma. But even then, it just seems to reduce to the trolley problem. Some basic plot holes, too (e.g. the guy on the ground's involvement)

    Severely disappointed, and now I feel more confident in disregarding film festival rewards as good evidence for a film's merit.

    A few of the camera shots were interesting, especially within the courtroom, creating a sensationalist atmosphere and making us (the audience) feel complicit in the investigation into a relationship that clearly has been decaying over the years.

    My past as a film studies students allowed me to stay without walking out, though, which I'm proud of since it demonstrates my patience. Maybe. lol
