gone be honest ive never gotten the robert pattinson hype but he look tew good in this movie
was kinda worried going in cuz i saw mixed reviews but also didn’t know anything about the movie which i feel was better
first half was kinda weird and slow but it picks up later on

i think this movie is such a beautiful allegory into breaking generational trauma that’s passed down (cannibalism in this case). taylor russell’s character after meeting someone exactly like her (traumatized/cannibal) but the line explicitly stating that she’s not going to be like them (parents) and that you have a choice is one of my favorite lines ever probably.. the way she delivers it as if it’s a matter of fact when im pretty sure her character genuinely has no idea and probably thinks about falling into bad habits daily is very cool 2 me 🩵
