You could clearly see that everyone making the movie knew it wasn’t gonna be good and I think that’s what makes some of the jokes land.   2nd viewing and man, just solid! Cross-cutting is just too good. I’m feeling suspense for multiple things happening at the same time and it’s emotionally exhausting.

  Dune: Part Two 2024

  Let today be commemorated as Dune Day, the day where I dove head first into Frank’s Sci-Fi, Sandy world of Dune.
  The action sequences in this sequel delivered on every level. The addition of Austin Butler was so good but I really just wanted one more scene with him being ridiculous and insane. 
  Seeing this in IMAX is clearly the way this is meant to be experienced. Hans Zimmer’s score is the most gut punching since Inception’s iconic “BWOM BWOM”. 
  The hype is real. Everyone anticipated this movie to deliver. As written.
