  Second time in theaters ~ my friend Lucy brought a few of her snails. 

  Cried. Again. Laughed my bum off. Again. Caught many details I missed the first time.

  I (and most of the audience) thought it was a live Q+A w Adam Elliot and George Miller but it was recorded lmao.

  haven’t felt this discombobulated leaving a film since Midsommar… but in such a more personal way.  This one’s going to need to marinate before/if I rate it. But wow and mostly owww. I’m just thinking of little 15 year old me stuck up in their room escaping some awful stuff through the screen (probably watching Donnie Darko) and how that lead me to exactly where I am right this very minute at almost 30 and trans in Los Angeles. What a weird portal this in itself has created…. 🌀
