  i didn’t find this very touching or moving at all , it was just watching a white person with too much time and money do something only someone in that insane place of privilege would do and there was something slightly too familiar about matthews also not being in touch with the realities of how this endeavour might go. 

  i also think the ‘plan b’ was poorly done and felt empty, that family didn’t deserve to be told we’ll help…
