A History of Violence 2005
I liked the ideas in this and some of the scenes (e.g. the final scene at the dinner table) but just couldn’t enjoy most of it because of the jarring acting and dialogue. I am advised this was deliberate…well if this makes me a smooth brain then so be it: good films should have good acting and good dialogue.

Twee shite. Especially the delivery of the dialogue which was annoying me so much I actually found it slightly difficult to concentrate on what was being said. Expected to hate it and fair play to you Wesley you have me rattled once again. Viewed for about 7 minutes.
