I love this movie, it's definitely one of my favorites from childhood. The animation was good for the time that it was made but it's definitely older now. The jokes are easier to understand now that I'm older. I could watch this movie over and over and it never gets old.

The movie was well made. I like the ways they built suspense based on the different shot angles. I feel like the more suspenseful the scenes were, the more close ups and full shots they used. They also built a lot of suspense by using flashing lights. I feel like these things built more suspense than their music did, which I liked more. However, I personally didn’t like this movie and wouldn’t watch it again.

Mufasa: The Lion King 2024
It was a decent movie. I like how they made this an embedded narrative and not just making this movie its own thing. Adding scenes with Timon and Pumba in between the story definitely made it better. I think the beginning could have been better since it was a little boring. The climax was really well made and thought through. I enjoyed it and would recommend watching.
