High Fidelity 2000
Great music in a great city with a fun story, making this movie fun. John Cusack however, I just don’t like him. He’s the main reason it took so long for me to watch this. I don’t find him likable in anything, he’s always a pompous ass.
Jack Black is elite in this, and so are all the side characters. Shout out Dick, I wanna be just like him

Annihilation 2018
I had to look up some explanation at the end because some of the science went over my head. However this movie’s soundtrack is orgasmic. Currently listening to it right now while making my morning coffee and it’s giving me the right amount of creepy. I didn’t know the movie was rated R going into it which was pleasant surprise. Good use of gore and really cool effects, don’t know how much are practical and how much are just cgi. Either way the character design for all the mutants were ducking sick. This movie rocks 4/5
