Have you ever jacked in? I mean, have you ever wire tripped?
It's that Hackers aesthetic with a Law and Order-ass plot but written with a Crash-level understanding of race relations and a whooooole lot of heart. James Cameron was in LA during the Rodney King riots and was like "got it." Angela Bassett is daddy in it, I had never seen her in anything so this was a special treat. She was the film's redeeming quality.

Save me taking an edible and going to a 9pm showing of the Brutalist alone at the back of the theater with Reese's Pieces !!
