Hi, I watch and review films a lot to justify an overpriced film degree.
2021 film Ranked List: boxd.it/aFqqs
This film is just a fun ride as every Deadpool film should be, you throw Wolverine in there and you got some gold. This is what you've been waiting for, silly cameos, lack of plot, characters that don't mean much that are all able to come together to form this messy spectacle but it feels just for this film. It feels intended, I think what oddly goes against this film is the fact the MCU has been poorly using their…
Halloween Ends is what you get when you base a franchise around a dude that has no motivation and just wants to kill kill kill. You've got a movie desperately looking for a reason to exist, just like Halloween Kills was. The making a new Michael angle is interesting but it fails to truly include Myers into the narrative, just making the film feel weird.
However, Micheal killing peeps with his kid was wholesome as fuck, should have made it the whole film.
I can't believe they made a Monk movie and I didn't know.
It was a delight seeing these characters again, especially Tony Shalhoub as Monk who slips back into it as if the show ended yesterday, as does everyone else.
The film is probably the funniest it's ever been, sure it's been some years since I've seen the whole thing, but basically the films funny.
The case is whatever and at some points near the end it does sorta feel…
Lol the like buttons pink.
It's a clever enough film that does cool stuff with the Ken's representating the stereotypical way women can be seen as just accessories. I also liked the Barbie and creator stuff. The film has a lot of things to say, to a point where it might have needed more time to breath to give each idea its time to shine.
Overall, it's pretty good, I didn't laugh that much so... Minus points.
But it had the Doctor in it and a mini sex education reunion so who cares
Episode did everything it needed to do, Christmas, sell me on a new doc & companion, plus get me excited for Series 14. I'm HYPED.
