  yea this movie HITS.

  this movie plays with my fight or flight nature as it terrifies me with the slightest hint of terror. not only is this movie terrifying, but the psychological aspect of this mystery has me wondering which scenes are real and which aren’t.

  so much of this is beautiful and it truly made me cry a few times. its authenticity, visceral emotion, and cinematography makes this movie so easy to watch in soft or heavy scenes. add a fantastic soundtrack, and this movie tells a near perfect story about family, trauma, letting go, and growing up. highly suggest it - Waves really blew me away.
