This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
I'm really glad I had the week between the cinema screening and the Netflix release to really let this stew in my mind and figure out how I feel about it.
The main success of this film is most definitely its audio, including the original score by Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross, as well as the sound design by Ren Klyce and the rest of the sound department. Watching this again with a good pair of headphones made the exceptional work…

Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl 2024
Riveting stuff, Wallace and Gromit never fail to disappoint. There's so many fantastic gags, and I'm sure there's so many I didn't even catch! The entire film is effectively Gromit does Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning, there's an Aliens homage with a bunch of gnomes replacing the Xenomorphs, there's a Mad Max style camera push-in on Gromit powering up a canal boat! Genuinely might be one of my favourite of the year, most blockbuster films wish they had action scenes even half as good as these British icons.
