Anthony Mackie is excellent again in the role of Sam Wilson (Captain America) and carries this film alongside his excellent chemistry with Danny Ramirez, Carl Lumbly and Harrison Ford. Although the reveal of Red Hulk was ruined by marketing (and I believe the film would have done significantly better if it hadn't) - the story and plot was still enjoyable and believable.

Prequels and squeals are dangerous territory sometimes as they usually rely on their precursor films and can have difficulty standing alone. Furiosa is not that. George Miller is an amazing and skilled director and storyteller who knows how to craft a story that both stands on its own and elevates what came before/after it (Fury Road).
Where Fury Road is an external conflict, a destruction of control, and a story about freedom - Furiosa is what leads up to that.…

Spiderverse: Across the Spiderverse was amazing, I still can't believe I saw that movie in cinemas and that this masterpiece exists. I felt like I was watching a comic book come to life.

The first third of Thor: Love and Thunder, failed to hook me. The jokes didn't land as well, and it felt pushed and rushed. However as soon as we left the Guardians behind and moved to Asgard, the humor and heart of this movie really shone through. I loved it from that moment onwards.
Natalie Portman, the Mighty Thor stole my heart, and Christian Bale as Gorr was terrifying. Worth seeing, just hold on through the 1st 20 minutes and you'll be on a most excellent ride.
