So like it’s pretty twee and the humour is extremely 2012 like “i’m a goofy girl trying to make it” vibes but I still thought it was cute so sue me. Beautiful gowns… animal animation was cute, lovely colours, but really boring :/ I fear I just don’t get the point. There were like nods to various social issues but it never goes anywhere or has any real bearing or impact on the story. Did they want me to root for her? Idk. There’s no development with any character or theme so there’s no reason to care about anything. Gopal just made me sad. The ending was banal. It’s like a vague idea for a film with no substance sorry to this director

Shallow, one-dimensional, cynical slop that overstayed it's welcome. Predictable plot points and uninspired execution. It annoys me because I think the idea had potential to be interesting.
It could have been such an interesting way to explore fame, aging and womanhood, but instead was supremely vapid, dull, and unsympathetic.
