More "oldest in the imdb q" screening.
Maybe I rated this too high. But I was enthused to see the "The Seed of Man" reference. That's been in the q for a long time as well.

2025 Home Film Festival: Centennials (born in 1925) Mar = Jack Lemmon
Pretty good time. Like all things 1968, this is aging pretty darn good.
This film also provides gay couples with plenty of things to mock fight about afterwards. Especially if one of them is a slob.
The title and poster fooled me into thinking this was going to be something of a swerve for Hashiguchi— a whacky comedy about gay dudes trying to have a baby. Should have known better— it was instead more of his standard humanism and quite lovely.
If you can only see one Hashiguchi, I would favor Like Grains.. or Slight Fever.. But this was also very nice.
Fun absurd Godard tribute.
Best stork performance ever captured on celluloid
-1/2 star penalty for false Romain Duris nudity advertising by the IMDb film poster
The LePen devotee parrot was pretty funny
