  Man hätte nicht gedacht, dass Matt Reeves dem Comichelden neue cineastische Facetten abgewinnen kann, zugegen er hatte mit den Comicvorlagen auch leichtes Spiel. Dennoch ist THE BATMAN hin und wieder langatmig, interessiert sich wenig für seine Nebenfiguren und überhaupt quatscht Batman wie ein Klugscheißer jedes Mal die Lösung auf Riddlers Rätseln dazwischen. Ein ziemliche Egoshow, aber mit visueller Stärke und vor allem ausreichend Potential für eine Fortsetzung.

  P.S. Da ich mir selbst ein Info-Embargo im Vorhinein auferlegt hatte, habe ich erst im Abspann gesehen, wen Colin Farrell gespielt hat. Respekt!
