Felt more like a 17-year old’s first screenplay, that they think is REALLY smart because they’re making fun of Donald Trump.

Pattinson is still really good, as are a few other supporting characters.

Director Bong is still an excellent filmmaker, but the tone is all off here. Where it hits well is with the science team - they are, to a character, crushing it.

Whereas Mark Ruffalo and Toni Collette are giving what have to be career-worst performances. And for…

Both actors are there, the romance is there, and the plot is all the way there.

It’s the execution that’s lacking. Constantly feels forced and fake instead of visceral, tactile, or alive.

If it had been 10x more gross, it would have been 100x better.

It’s obvious to say that if the action had been better, the movie would’ve been better, but this had so many cool IDEAS and so few visually stunning moments.

Hands down the greatest Superhero movie of all time. And it's neck and neck between this and "Toy Story 3" for best Pixar movie.

Am looking forward to the sequel, but it likely won't have the perfect build of this film. The satire of the first 20 minutes is critical the overall impact.

It's an origin story of the rebirth of the heroes. And a family movie. And a mid-life crisis movie. And a comedy. And a drama. And an action movie.

14 years after its release it still has better action sequences than today's Superhero movies.

2 or 3 really interesting interviewees, particularly the PreacherNSneakers guy.

There are profound and serious spiritual issues raised in the film and many incidents ranging from unseemly/suspect to evil/criminal.

Unfortunately, the filmmakers keep trying to convince you that this particular church is evil because its music is too popular and that means it’s manipulative, and so is trying to open more churches throughout the world; and volunteering is now the same as being brainwashed and on and on with this…
