The Syd Barrett documentary begins and ends with songs written by Roger Waters.
Due to a drought in archival footage, Syd Barrett rarely gets the opportunity to speak for himself, leaving those that knew him (and possibly, those that abused him) free to remember him and project onto him as they please. Insulting.
Some of the music in the soundtrack was great though. Especially the songs written by Syd.
