    Surprised that it still holds up as an amazing and beautiful film even after many years. I just love the atmosphere, love how it makes us feel immersed in the italian summer.

    It was weird in the BEST WAY until they overexposed everything and the film lost most of its charm - we all knew what was happening, we didn’t need that explanation. 
    It’s beautifully shot and a fun experience, but not that big of a thing that everyone made it seem when it came out.
    Jacob Elordi is so hot tho 😭

    My absolute favourite scene is when Spider-Man saves MJ’s life for the first time and as he’s flying through new york there’s a close up of MJ clinging to a dummy for life. Ahh the special effects of 2002 truly were the best. 

    Seriously tho: it’s not as bad as I remembered, it’s quite good actually. But it’s also not great. Tobey looks kinda hot and it’s funny because when I was younger I thought he was very ugly and nerdy. What does that say about how my life has turned out? I guess we’ll never know

    Idk how to explain this, but I felt the same way about Minari as I feel in Ghibli films. The green, the story, the way everyone in the family is trying to take care of each other in different ways but there is always love and affection between them. Reminded me of Totoro, too.
