Pretty incredible to look at. Although Lily Rose Depp seemed pretty wooden at the Oscars, she’s great here. Nicholas Hoult is always great, especially in anything period. And Willem Dafoe has really found his niche (complementary). I don’t know if I’ll ever tire of the Dracula retellings. Sure I more or less knew where it was going, but really enjoyed the ride.

The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie 2024
Very silly and sweet.
A real crime that there’s not a Looney Tunes movie every year or so in theaters. And the fact they just removed all the cartoons from streaming. I wanted to make sure I saw this in theaters to support good animated movies.

I was surprised at how much I laughed during this movie. Weirdly made me think of Brynn on RHONY and how broken she is and how much work she needs to do on herself, while putting that on everyone else around her (RHONY finale was this week).
