This is grade A satire, loved it. The plot got a little lost in the sauce, but it was thoroughly funny. Pattinson is an acting great and I love Mark Ruffalo on his buffoon game again.

It took a little bit of time to adjust to the camera perspective, but that’s expected when you shoot a movie fundamentally different than 99% of movies. The closest comparison point I have is The Tree of Life which I adamantly hated. The difference here is the film choices made add to the strength of the story. Not to mention some of the shot compositions are truly stunning and the inclusion of archival photos pack quite the punch.
