  “Who do you feel sorry for? Us, or yourself?”

  A horrifying depiction of white saviorism that is soaked in revenge and bloodshed. This is what I would have liked to watch in history class as a Canadian growing up in southern Ontario. A striking performance by Graham Greene that’s rooted in making the viewer understand somebody must always pay in a transactional relationship between the oppressor and the oppressed. This time it happened to be the former.
