  the reviews made me a bit skeptical but honestly i loved this. i am the target audience for anything tony gilroy does apparently. i love that it requires you to buy into an absurd and stupid premise but the payoff is very satisfying if you do. i love spies unable to trust each other. i love that it doesn't feel like a *mean* gotcha at the end for the audience like i feel like a bunch of movies do nowadays. "SHOW ME THE CREAM!!!!!"

  this is really beautiful and beautifully animated and has a great score but oh my god i am not built for movies where animals look sad ever. also was not expecting it to end when it did. the physicality of the animals was soooo good though; extremely well-done

  was expecting too much out of this, maybe! not very cohesive in the messaging. feels like it’s trying to say Very Big things when it is not at all. misogyny is real but transphobia isn’t actually made me want to yell that was so stupid

  it is, overall, pretty fun though! funny bits. good music. ryan gosling did fuckin kill it. good time! but it does not rlly engage with the things it seems to be trying to engage with
