  you know, even callum turners bizarre dye job and the god awful corny one-liner at the end could not stop me from smiling after getting to watch 8 wonderbreads huff and puff their way to gold while fake adolf sits in the bleachers looking like the human personification of constipation.

  The run time ain’t slim as it was originally presented as a miniseries then cut down for theatrical release — nevertheless, I couldn’t keep my eyes off of the action. 

  Liv Ullman shines and delivers a fantastically real performance of a woman cracking under the pressures of domesticity, societal pressures, and her own high expectations for her marriage. Seeing her evolution throughout the film was captivating.
