  Not sure if anyone has noticed the sudden drop off in amount of films I have been watching, but this is because I have been watching through Severance. I just finished Season One so I’m not fully caught up, but check out this list to discuss Season One along with each episode of Season Two as I watch through it.

  Metropolis 1927

  Not gonna give this a rating cause we skipped around while watching in class but I saw enough to know 90% of what happened. Very influential film with a lot going on. Very ambitious stuff for the 20s but my modern brain struggles to comprehend it all with no dialogue. Definitely respect it though and I think if a top tier modern director tried to remake this it could possibly be great. Probably would be around a 3/5ish on this one though.
