  This feels like a movie that gets better and stronger every time you watch it. A testament to PTA’s ingenuity with the cinematography/score/writing. It’s engrossing in style and contentious with it’s interpretations/themes (Scientology, post-war America, the politics of cults, existentialism, a love story, 2 acting performance styles, etc.) which makes it more rewarding on rewatch.
