I’ll start off by saying that Robert Pattinson gives the performance of his career. He shows off his range and it truly felt special. You don’t see many performances like this. I didn’t know much about Bob Dylan going into this film and while I learned some things from this, I wish I learned a lot more. A discussion will have to be had if it’s my favorite Nolan film, and perhaps it will be on a rewatch. Regardless, this is his greatest achievement. This was haunting, beautiful, and a technical masterclass. The surprise for me was RDJ. I didn’t think this role would give him the ability remind us why…
