  cool film i half paid attention to as i did my hair, finding myself periods listening intently to conversations and detailed characteristics of the women, as well as trying to determine the meaning behind he flurry of images which accompanied them. perhaps, for Borden, this was a similar experience. as the meaning of the group was hard to pin down through viewing and listening, and also amongst membership itself. nonetheless, an interesting look into a period of history and different forms of feminist organizing

  interesting history! this film is the final one i needed to finish Marlon Riggs filmography, and i’m blown away at the vulnerability of his work, and yet also the clear dedication to making historical record of stories which were and would become overlooked without it. a true creative. may he rest easy and let his works guide us through the world and into realms of creativity which allow freedom, lust and love
