  has any scifi movie ever made the future look not completely goofy other than Blade Runner? Anyway, this is the first time time I've watched a Jean-Claude Van Damme picture and I don't get the appeal. His ass has more charisma than anything else and this movie is a completely unrealized mess resolved by a gimmick. I understand why he only goes back to the beginning of the movie but the civil war and gilded age stuff was cooler
