  felt like this movie was kind of lacking. for a man v nature story it was pretty underwhelming. i was expecting some 47 meters down vibes with twists but nah its pretty straight forward. still crazy that this is a true story tho. could never be me.

  what drew me to this movie was that tweet that was like: gossip girl but in the vatican.

  Now this is some real mf tea!! what i would give to be a fly on the wall in the vatican. the shots in this movie are so beautiful and perfect.

  i feel like this movie really did a fantastic job of showing the church’s struggle to evolve with modern times.

  this movie also just reminded me of how much suffering is romanticized in catholicism. 

  amazing film. definitely recommend given what’s happening today. it’s very insightful.
