    I've been meaning to watch this movie for years, and it's been in my watchlist on at least two streaming services in that time. With this being one of Gene Hackman's more famous movies, and given his recent passing, I finally decided to play it.

    It's a handsome production for sure, but I think the movie's storytelling is ultimately underwhelming and, quite frankly, troubling.
