The 7th Voyage of Sinbad 1958
Mid sinbad movie, which not for nothing is like the best sword and sorcery movie series outside of maybe our boy conan. A couple classic harryhousen creatures but not much in the way of story or memorable monster fights in this.

Not the anglophone Zatoichi movie we wanted but the anglophone Zatoichi movie we deserved. How hard is to jump through a pane glass window? Kinda wanna try it. Don Burgess going nuts here, this movie didn't have to look this good. And the score goes hard, J. Peter Robinson is one of the best at that PCM synth and that Hot Licks vhs 80s guitar noodling.
