  weak sexual politics aside, i really enjoyed this and found some parts quite moving. living a real life means that for every egg tart and street musician that brings you joy, there’s enough pain, loneliness, and confusion swirling around in the world to wipe it all away if you let it. but if you accept that the bad comes with the good, it’ll hurt less the second time.
