Amazing. Really had me laughing, one of the best comedies ive seen in ages. If you've ever made an album with friends in Audacity, or had good times drunk in parking lots, or been to awkward parties, or been a fucking dumbass, this movie will hit on some level. The mockumentary format is alive and fucking thriving.

I don't think I've seen any science fiction scene as good as the deprograming of HAL.
The patience that Kubrick has on display here is incredible, and is a stellar example of how any type of genre filmaking has the same vast potential as any other sort of serious "filmmaking".
The fact that any film can contain this amount of ubiquitous-ness and constant cultural reference, while still being a relatively damanding "art film"...
