  The opening scene got me all excited for a vintage "Step Up" but turns out it was just about the asshole choreographer and a drawn-out premise of him dying slowly. While the message at the end was kind of saying that he shouldn't have been an asshole, they portrayed him as a "Cool" mysogynistic protagonist that all the beautiful women fawned over as he stepped all over them. Made me annoyed. And my goodness that last dance number was SO LONG. SO SO LONG.
