This was freaking awesome. A perfect snapshot of British punk at the height of The Sex Pistols fame/infamy. Following the Pistols during their disastrous first and only tour of the U.S. the film focuses on the fans of the genre and the fashion choices on from both sides of the Atlantic. You know that scene in "Dolemite is My Name' where Rudy Ray Moore and his pals decide to see a movie? They wind up watching some Walter Matthau/Jack Lemmon picture who's title escapes me right now but it cause the completely white audience to bray with uncontrollable laughter. While Rudy and Co look around a more than a bit confused. Knives out is that movie.

I liked it. Good time hanging out with the characters, good ending that's doesn't feel bleak but is one of the saddest ending since Chinatown. Great movie for a Saturday afternoon.
