Godzilla Raids Again 1955

Excalibur 1981
Excalibur is far too short to encapsulate the Arthurian myths in any really satisfying way, but the movie would be tedious were it any longer. As it is, it's just an extremely well costumed and overacted beautiful mess. Also, it helped to inspire Kentaro Miura's Berserk so it's the gift that keeps on giving. As a kid I would watch this and wonder how they made Lancelot so goddamn shiny. I still wonder that.
