Dostoevsky's Travels 1991
Obviously most of this is staged, but I love a good mockumentary. And often the hyperreal reveals more truth than a more traditional documentary.
It feels like a Perestroika Borat; perhaps a little more sedate and serious, but equally absurd. Succeeds very well in exposing the disconnect between the Western Euro intellectual class and a typical glasnost era Russian citizen.
