We open on two guys literally dressed like Ken dolls working a labouring job on the docks. I’m not complaining, just saying an open shirt with rolled up short sleeves or a white sleeveless outfit are maybe not the most practical for that sort of work. Extremely bizarre setup for a movie. Colton, a teenager left alone with his sister by their newly single mother (who clearly wants him to do everything so she can live her life without the annoyance of taking care of kids) gets obsessed with watching the house across the street. He could be hanging out with his friend on his boat, but no, he ropes him into helping rig up some insane surveillance system so he can snoop better.
