  After seeing the trailer I thought, at first, this would be a comedy that put all its funny moments in the trailer. Wrong! This was so hilarious all throughout the film. There was not a weak moment. There was humor, satire, and heart. Although the ending/resolution might feel a bit weak/generic, I was totally invested until the end.

  Architecture seems to be the real star of this film. Monumental concrete buildings are magnificently shot and I marvel at the beauty of those grandiose wooden shelves. I really liked the built-in fifteen-minute intermission which elevated this 214-minute film to a proper event (not unlike an evening at the opera) which you would not want to miss. The Hungarian backgrounds of László (Adrien Brody) and Erzsébet Toth (Felicity Jones) felt authentically and respectfully treated and their use of the Hugarian…
